          • Job Applicants:Applicants who apply through our website, over the phone, or are referred by our staff may receive SMS messages regarding the hiring process.SMS communication may include links (URLs) for applications, document submission portals, or other relevant resources.
          • Referred Candidates:
            Candidates referred by current staff will be contacted via SMS for recruitment updates and document requests.

          • Recruitment: The recruitment team may use SMS to request documents, share links (URLs) related to the employment process, and provide job offers or next steps.
          • Operational Communication: Drivers may receive work-related updates, share or receive documents and files, and engage in general inquiries via SMS.
          • File and Link Sharing: Both drivers and job applicants may exchange links or files through SMS as needed for operational or recruitment purposes.

          We prioritize safety in all communications. Drivers must never read or respond to SMS messages while operating a vehicle.

          • Driver Safety ReminderMessages should be reviewed and addressed only when the vehicle is parked in a safe location.We encourage the use of hands-free devices or alternative means of communication whenever possible to ensure compliance with driving safety regulations.Failure to adhere to this policy may result in disciplinary action, as safety is a core value at Maybach International Group LLC.
          • Privacy and Opt-Out
            We respect your privacy and comply with all relevant data protection laws. All communications will be professional and pertinent to your role or application.If you wish to stop receiving SMS messages, you can opt out by replying “STOP” or contacting us directly. Note that opting out may limit our ability to provide critical updates.We value your privacy and do not share or sell SMS opt-ins, phone numbers, or any other contact information for SMS marketing purposes. COLLECTION OF PHONE NUMBERS
